The Leadership Centre is a web-based hub that articulates
and provides a focus for the London Deanery’s leadership
development strategy. The site hosts resources, information about
conferences, courses, events, university accredited programmes, job
opportunities for trainees, examples of best practice, contact
details,links and much more.
Leadership development in the London Deanery is built around the Medical Leadership Competency Framework of the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges and NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement. We also work in partnership with Leading for Health, the new leadership development organisation for NHS London. Over the last few months, we have been working hard to develop various initiatives designed to support and encourage clinical leadership across London Trusts.
